Today marks Day 18 of my #100DaysOfCode challenge. I dedicated the day to meticulously documenting my tech journey, reflecting on my experiences and growth. Despite the thoughtful effort it required, I successfully compiled and deployed my documentation. Check it here
Anyways, I will give a brief information about my tech journey 👇.
Initial learning with Mimo app in 2021, gaining foundational knowledge in HTML and CSS.
Joining AltSchoolAfrica, where I faced challenges balancing academics and tech studies but still managed to progress and complete projects.
During AltSchoolAfrica holidays, I learned additional technologies like JQuery, React, and more, and attempted to build a full-stack blog app, which was due to my poor Git skill.
Participating in local bootcamps like Cove IT during August 2022, where I developed projects and shared knowledge with peers.
At the end of 2022, I applied for internships, facing rejections but persevering nonetheless.
From March to August 2023, I secured a six-month internship as a React developer at HThub (SmartPay), where I gained substantial experience.
Currently, I am a junior backend developer at Basitech, a start-up.
I also delved into learning how to use the tool Scratch from cs50 havard course, and the experience was truly exhilarating.
